Event Canceled EVENTS CANCELED

When DVUSD announced Tuesday that all on-site school-sponsored events that involve mass gatherings are canceled through at least April 13. It is unfortunate to have to cancel, but it is a necessary step to keep our community healthy.

For now, be safe and stay healthy. Wash your hands, cover coughs, and keep your social distance!

There is way to stay involved! When it is safe to do so, we will set up a “virtual meet and greet” with the wonderful staff of the new Traditional Academy. To receive updates, just sign up at www.dvusd.org/TraditionalEmail. Until then, wash your hands, cover coughs, and keep your social distance!

ACT Testing for Juniors District wide on March 24
DVUSD will NOT administer the ACT test to high school juniors as planned on March 24, 2020. The current window for administering a makeup for the March 24, 2020 ACT is open though April 7. In the possible event that DVUSD remains closed through April 7, 2020, there will be a new ACT testing window opening up on April 21, 2020. DVUSD will send further communication to families of Juniors as we have more information pertaining to this new window. Thank you for your understanding. Offering the ACT opportunity, when it is safe to do so, is a priority to DVUSD.

Due to the social distancing recommendations of public health experts, no live audience will be permitted at the March 24 regular meeting of the DVUSD Governing Board.
