DVUSD is requiring all parents and guardians to have a PowerSchool parent account.
All parents and guardians who have not already created a PowerSchool parent account, need to do so asap! You will need your PowerSchool parent account setup instructions. Please contact the registrar firstname.lastname@example.org or the registrar clerk email@example.com to get this information and to get help if need to set up your account.
All parents of students currently enrolled will be able to electronically verify current medical and emergency contact information and update any changes for their student(s). This electronic process will replace some of the paperwork that we send home on the first few days of school. Additionally, your parent account will give you access to your students grades, schedule, attendance and links to teacher email addresses.
To create a parent Canvas account, you will need to have your student and their school iPad/Chromebook with you to set this up. Once this account has been created, you can add additional students to this account. You will just need to get their "pairing code". Please go to https://www.dvusd.org/Page/65252 for the instructions.
