7th Annual DVEF BATTLE OF THE BOOKS

Battle of the Books is a completely voluntary reading incentive program for students in fifth and sixth grade.  Students read books and come together to demonstrate their abilities and test their knowledge of the books they have read.  The competitions are a lively academic competition.  Battle of the Books improves reading comprehension, builds vocabulary, and teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship.  Click below to see the teams:

Round 3 was Friday, February 28th and a winner was announced.  These were the standings after Round 3 and the winning team will represent our school at the District Final on Tuesday, April 28th!  FINAL HAS BEEN CANCELED due to COVID-19

I know that team Anonymous would of done a GREAT JOB representing us at District.  I am so proud of all the hard work this team did to get ready to compete at District.
