Return to Learning on Campus Virtually Logo Welcome to Kinder Families:

Kindergarten is a vital learning time and Virtual Home Learning will be key to your child’s continued academic success. Classes and on-line resources will present new skills, provide learning opportunities, social interaction and fun and engaging experiences.

ZOOM – This is the virtual class web site/app where teachers and students will meet for live classes.

Canvas – This is Deer Valley’s chosen platform web site/app: lessons, videos, and academic resources, and daily communications are found here. After you log in to Canvas click the dashboard icon on the left and then click your class window.

Virtual Learning - See you on ZOOM! Your teacher will email you your class zoom code to log on to Zoom daily for classes. She will email you the times and the learning schedule.

Kinder students will begin with Zoom classes at 9:00 & 2:00 for the first week.

Teachers hope you will attend all Zoom classes. When family schedules do not allow for this it will be necessary for you to follow the academic lessons that are provided in Canvas. This will provide you with several options to accommodate your child’s learning.
