My name is Christa Dettmer, and I have been a speech/language pathologist in schools and hospitals for 21 years. This will be my 8th year at Sunrise, and I love working here.  I also have an interest in antiques, and owned an antique restoration shop in St.Charles, IL for 18 years, until we moved to Arizona. 

Over the years, I have felt a bond with the students at Sunrise, and although this virtual year may not be the easiest for all of us, I believe if we all work together we can achieve remarkable goals.
